Shibari is not simply about learning new ties. To become fluid, precise, and natural, a technique must be repeated, integrated, and understood until it becomes second nature.
The Knots & Friction workshops offer a space dedicated to this in-depth work, complementing the floor & patterns, semi-separation, and suspension classes. Here, we explore the fundamental patterns of shibari, the frictions, transitions, and mechanics that form the basis of many rope ties and sequences.
The goal is not to accumulate new content, but to develop a deeper understanding of what you already know. Repeat, refine, question, and integrate so that your hands can gradually act with greater confidence, precision, and freedom.
