An afternoon to tie yourself on the ground and try out the basic principles of self-suspension!

The practice of shibari on oneself, often called “self bondage” or simply “self” has its importance in the world of ropes and some have made it a specialty with its rules and its world of play in solo. We all experience it when we tie our first knots and as we learn, the self can remain very useful to progress without a partner. But it is also a practice that allows you to explore the various sensations linked to the ropes on your own body, at your own pace and in control.
