Semi-suspension constraint
Are you itching to increase the intensity of your floor ties? Do you want to experience the sensations of suspension without leaving the mats? Then come spend an afternoon exploring semi-suspension (tying to the floor with part of the body raised) in preparation for intense and highly restrictive sessions, demanding for both the person handling the rope and the person being tied.
Ideal for experienced beginners who want to take their riding to the next level, or for more advanced riders curious to explore the challenging aspects of semi-suspension.
Program :
Sha and Pavese will teach you the fundamentals of semi-suspension and suspension lines, after which they will guide you through several particularly challenging ties.
