An afternoon to discover or perfect an iconic shibari pose: the mermaid pose. With its magnificent curved and twisted silhouette, this pose offers many different possibilities and creates a variety of sensations for the person tied up, ranging from comfort to challenge, from vertical inversion to right-angle twisting. An ideal pose for playing with your partner or for creating a spectacular form as a duo.

Program :

Sha and Pavese will teach you the fundamentals of building a mermaid harness, then walk you through several different suspensions, allowing you to see several versions of the harness and the transitions or shapes it allows in the air. This will also be an opportunity to see how other harnesses can be attached, such as to the lower legs.
